Candace had been a therapist for over a decade, and while she loved her job, she couldn't help but feel that there was something missing. She had helped countless clients through difficult times, but she often found herself wanting to do more than just listen and offer advice. She wanted to help her clients achieve their goals, to motivate and inspire them to live their best lives. That's when she began to consider becoming a life coach.
At first, Candace was hesitant. She had worked hard to become a licensed therapist, and she didn't want to abandon that career completely. But the more she thought about it, the more she realized that becoming a life coach could be the perfect complement to her existing skills. So she enrolled in a life coaching program and began to learn all she could about this new field.
As she worked through the program, Candace discovered that life coaching was very different from therapy. Rather than delving into the past, life coaching focused on the present and the future. It was all about helping clients identify their goals, develop strategies to achieve them, and then hold them accountable for following through. Candace loved the idea of empowering her clients in this way, and she couldn't wait to start putting her new skills to use.
After completing her training, Candace made the difficult decision to leave her job as a therapist and start her own life coaching practice. It was a daunting task, but she was determined to make it work. She reached out to friends and family members, letting them know about her new business, and soon word began to spread.
Before long, Candace was working with clients from all walks of life. Some were looking to advance their careers, while others were struggling with relationships or seeking more balance in their lives. Candace found that she was able to connect with her clients in a way she never had as a therapist. She was able to help them set clear goals, develop actionable plans, and then provide the support and encouragement they needed to follow through.
Of course, there were challenges along the way. Starting a new business is never easy, and Candace had to work hard to build her client base and establish her reputation. But she was driven by her passion for helping others, and she refused to give up.
As the years went by, Candace's life coaching practice grew and flourished. She continued to learn and grow, attending conferences and workshops to stay up to date on the latest techniques and trends. And through it all, she remained committed to helping her clients achieve their dreams.
Looking back, Candace knew that the decision to become a life coach had been the right one. It allowed her to use her existing skills in a new and exciting way, and it had given her the opportunity to help more people than she ever could have as a therapist. She was proud of all she had accomplished, and she couldn't wait to see where her journey would take her next.

Hello Coach Bernard. My name is Alex and I live in Atlanta. Recently my hours were cut on my job and I’m finding it hard to make it. What advice do you have for me?
Hello Alex. I’m sorry to hear about your troubles but I’m confident that you can make it if you do the following.
Create a budget to track your income and expenses. This will help you to identify areas where you can cut back on spending and make adjustments to your spending habits.
Prioritize your essential expenses such as rent, utilities, and groceries. Cut back on non-essential expenses such as entertainment and eating out to free up some money for essential expenses.
Look for additional income sources such as freelance work or a part-time job. This will help you to supplement your current income and reduce the financial strain.
Shop wisely by comparing prices at different grocery stores. You should also consider using coupons and taking advantage of sales to save money on groceries.
By taking these steps Alex you should be able to manage your financial situation and cope with the decrease in your work hours.
